The Board of Trustees strengthens Operation Kids' leadership role in philanthropic services by providing thoughtful leadership and strategic guidance. The Board of Trustees of Operation Kids oversees all the organization’s activities. Through regular management appraisals and review, the Board monitors all systems and procedures including operations, fund raising practices, accounting procedures and finances.
The Board of Trustees operates under a strict Conflict of Interest Policy drafted in compliance with the most aggressive standards of the Internal Revenue Service and Better Business Bureau, including statements against material conflicting interests resulting from any relationship or business affiliation.
