Other phases include invovling the community through volunteer groups (Christmas Box Clubs), support of mentoring programs, and providing an information resource line for youth to help them find needed resources.

Q. What is currently being done for youths aging out of care? A. State and county systems nationwide provide valuable but limited resources to these youths such as help with tuition costs and housing. Our plan is to work with these established organizations in order to find out what are their unmet needs are and how we can assist them in their efforts.
